Once the order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. Shipping delays are not grounds for refunds or chargebacks.

D'Amor Fur operates independently of Shopify. Shopify bears no responsibility or liability for any transactions, disputes, or damages related to your purchase.
You expressly release Shopify from all claims related to purchases made through our store.

Any feedback, reviews, or content you submit may be used by D'Amor Fur without compensation for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes.
You waive any rights to ownership or compensation related to submitted content.
